
Shipping & Delivery Policy
www.shilphaat.com is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost.
We mainly use Delhivery for our domestic shipping.
COD orders can be send only through delhivery.
For prepaid, we can send though service chosen by customer, or else it will be send by delhivery. Please let us know in advance if there is any issue with service of any logistic company in your area, we will avoid it.
CUSTOMERS are duly requested to inform us via mail if they want delivery at any specific time or day. Customers also need to inform if there is any change of plan after dispatch.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
Presently international deliveries cannot be booked through website, so customers are requested to contact on official mail I’D or whatsapp number given on website for same. Our executive will assist you with your shopping. Customers are requested not to entertain any mail , message or call from any other source.
NRI customer/ international customers placing orders in India
Any domestic order(delivery in India) can be placed through website.
Customers can provide different billing and shipping address.
In Billing address , please provide details like contact number and E-mail of actual customer (one who is booking order ) so that he/she can be contacted if required .
In shipping address receivers address and contact information needs to be added .
Many times such domestic orders placed by international customers cannot be verified as the receiver in India is not aware and is not ready to communicate with us or Indian contact number is not provided.
All orders are verified before dispatch and unverified orders where we are unable to contact receiver, are cancelled.
Customes are informed via mail and SMS about dispatch of their respective orders. Tracking ID and name of logistic company is also send. Customers too, are humbly requested to keep a track of their orders ,as we are not equipped for step-by-step notification of delivery (though we keep a record of all orders dispatched).
Deliveries are now OTP verified. Customers are requested to provide OTP only to delivery personnel once he/she has received product. Please do not provide courier OTP to anyone on call in person unless you have received product
Please specify delivery date at the time of placing the order, via mail or at contact number provided. Delivery date cannot be preponed or postponed once the order is dispatched. Delivery personnel will make maximum three attempts on consecutive working dates for delivery or else it will return to origin.
Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. Please update about changes, before dispatch of products.
In case of delayed delivery or non-delivery, buyers shall notify the Website upon non-Delivery within the prescribed time period. If you fail to provide such notification/ confirmation of non-receipt of an item within [5] days of expiry of the Delivery time prescribed in the above clause, it shall be construed as a deemed Delivery in respect of that Transaction and the Transaction Price shall not be refunded.
Contact Number and mail ID
Many times its seen that customers provide the number of some other family member while placing order without even informing them. It is buyers responsibility to provide us with the right mobile number and mail ID while placing an order; the company will not be liable if you do not receive the transactional SMS or communication because of wrong mobile number provided by you.
You can reach us on contact number and mail I’D provided on website. Please do not respond to communication received from other resources.
There is no shipping charge for orders above 1000 INR. For multiple products ordered the programme adds up the total of all individual product charges and shipping charge will be calculated based on the weight of all products combined and if weight is above average weight then buyers may have to pay shipping charge even if total cost exceeds 1000 INR . Thus the delivery fee is calculated separately when a customer orders multiple products which will be informed by e-mail.
Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices except Octroi, if applicable in your region.
Only one shipping address per order is processed. So, to order several items and ship to different people, please treat these as separate orders.
Each product is checked twice and carefully packed before dispatch. But if unfortunately, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.
In case you have received product, please call or whatsapp at our customer care at +91 9818036781 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. monday to saturday or email us at contact@shilphaat.com mentioning your Order ID. Send us photos and videos of package with invoice visible and damaged product strictly within 24-48 hours.
We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.
However, since these are handcrafted, duplicates may not be available. In case of non-availability of duplicates, replacement will be done with product of same or lesser value as per customers choice. Please make sure that all the bills, labels, original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
