Where can I buy Shilphaat products?
Shilphaat.com doesn’t have any physical store, we only sell online through website.
How do I shop online?
Please refer to our Orders and Billing page to assist you through the shopping process.
How will I know if Shilphaat has received my order?
Confirmation / Notification is send during the payment process from payment gateway that your online payment has been successfully processed. Order confirmation number will also be send through an email from Shilphaat. For any concern please mail us at contact@shilphaat.com or whatsapp at +91-9818036781
Can I add more items after placing the order?
Yes, more items can be added or items can be changed before dispatch. Once order has been dispatched, we are unable to accept any order change request
My account has been debited but order not confirmed?
We ensure that an Order ID is mailed once our payment gateway receives the payment from your bank.
Sometimes, due to unforeseen reasons, the amount might be debited from your side but wouldn’t have been received by us or order confirmation mail failed .
Please drop us a mail and we’ll assist you further.
Can I whatsapp / email my order?
Yes, we accept orders on mail and whatsapp .

Shilphaat won’t be responsible for any cyber-fraud if customer has contacted any other no. or mail I’D
How do I cancel my order?
Order can not be cancelled from customers side.
You can request for order cancelation within 24 hours of placing the order. Order can be cancelled only before dispatch.
You can get in touch with our customer service for order cancellation through mail or whatsapp.
When will I receive my refund?
For order cancelled before dispatch, refund is initiated same day but it may take 5-7 working days to be credited back into your account.
For lost or damaged package, refund is initiated once we are done with our investigation which may take 7-10 days to initiate refund.
What is your return policy?
We accept return only in case of wrong or damaged product. Product claims due to dissatisfaction may not be entertained by organization. Please refer to our Return and Cancellation Policy page for details
We mainly use Delhivery for our domestic shipping.
COD orders can be send only through delhivery.
For prepaid, we can send though service chosen by customer, or else it will be send by delhivery.
Shilphaat.com doesn’t provide express delivery.
Customers are requested to book their porter orders if required
Orders are dispatched from our Delhi warehouse within 2-3 working days of placing order. (Dispatch is not carried on Sundays and nationalized holidays)
Most orders are delivered within 1-3 days after dispatch in Delhi/NCR and 3-6 working days after dispatch rest of India. However, it may be delayed due to bad weather conditions, remote area or any other unwanted conditions caused in region.
Customer will be informed for such unwanted delays caused. Shilphaat cannot be held responsible for such delays. COD orders may take longer period of time depending on policies of our logistic partner.
We deliver at most of pincodes in India. However, delivery time may differ. For more details, you can connect us through mail or whatsapp.
Domestic Shipping is free above ₹1000. Below that, ₹100 is chargeable. For details please check Shipping & Delivery Policy
Delivery on holidays depends on logistic partners. Some delivery even on holidays, others may not
Cash On Delivery is available only in India on most of products. But some categories like sindoor-box and Rakhi and few products are excluded from Cash on delivery facility
If you are generally not home during delivery hours, please use a shipping address where someone will be available to sign for the package. Many logistic companies send OTP on registered number. Please provide receiver OTP and do no disclose it to delivery personnel before receiving order.
Usually three delivery attempts are made, then the package is returned to us as undeliverable.
If you have missed delivery or the package status is shown as undeliverable please co-ordinate with shipping company’s customer service to reschedule. If you are unable to do it from your end, please mail or whatsapp us with details, we will assist with delivery
Though it rarely occurs but if has unfortunately happened, kindly reach us within 24-48 ours failing which damaged or missing claims will not be entertained.
Please do not use the item for which complaint has been raised.
You may be required to share further information’s like, short description of the case
The images of the packet or boxes with invoice .
The refund or exchange (if applicable) will be done only after the investigation has been successfully completed that may take 10-15 days

If a pilferage delivery was received, pilferage claims must be raised strictly within 24 – 48 hours from date of delivery so that we can escalate this further to our courier partner.
Sorry, but we do not provide open delivery, products cannot checked before accepting it.
However, in case of wrong or damaged product, return / refund will be processed as per the return policy of the item
